What makes a dress modest here
We include in this collection the models that meet at least three of these criteria: long or three-quarter sleeves, closed neckline (round, square, boat or high), closed back, skirt with no slit and floor length.
A long dress with sleeves is not automatically modest: a high slit or an open back changes everything. That is why we check these points model by model, rather than relying on length alone.
For which occasions
These models suit religious ceremonies, where shoulders and arms must stay covered, weddings as a guest or as the bride, and cold-season events, where long sleeves are simply more comfortable.
Many of our customers also choose them for practical reasons: a covered dress needs no shawl or jacket, and stays elegant from morning through to the end of the day.
Our fabrics
Lace allows covered sleeves without weight, often layered over a lined panel. Crepe has a matte drape that structures without clinging. Chiffon remains the choice for summer ceremonies, where coverage must not become uncomfortable. Satin brings the formal edge for evening receptions.
Completing the look
Our chiffon scarves match the colours of our dresses, which avoids the shade mismatches that are hard to fix on the day. Our evening clutches complete the outfit.
Finding your size
From XS to XXL. Our dresses run small — go by your measurements rather than your usual size. Lace-back models adjust themselves and usually save you an alteration.
Delivery and fittings
Delivery within 2 to 5 working days in France, 4 to 7 working days internationally. Fittings by appointment in Villefranche-sur-Saône (69), near Lyon.
