If your dress doesn't suit you, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.

Returned items may give rise to a refund, an exchange or a credit note, provided that the products are returned in their original state.

In the event of a product return, The refund only covers the price of the returned items.
THE shipping costs do not give rise to a refund.

Return conditions

  • The dress must not must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
  • All the Security labels must be intact and not removed..
  • The items must be returned. in their original packaging.

Any returned item worn, damaged or without a security tag will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his expense.

Items purchased with a promotional code (excluding 5% newsletter code), an exceptional discount or from the outlet category are not refundable and can only be exchanged or credited.

Orders placed using the promotional code "PROMO15" are not eligible for a refund. They can only be exchanged or given a credit note valid for one year.

To limit fitting room orders, you are asked to order one item at a time. If multiple items are ordered in the same order, Only one item may be refunded, exchanged, or given a credit note..
