WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Outside of holiday or sale periods, your order will be processed within 24 hours (business days) and then shipped to you by the Postal service or Mondial Relay depending on the destination country.
Mondial Relay's estimated delivery times are 5 business days for mainland France, 6-7 business days for other European countries, and 3 days for express home delivery in France with Colissimo.
These delivery times are indicative only and are subject to variation, particularly during periods of high demand such as the end-of-year holidays, the summer period, exclusive sales and sales periods.
For any delivery outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer and may be claimed upon delivery by the local authorities.
