WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Outside of holiday or sales periods, your order will be processed within 24 hours (working days) and will then be shipped to you by  La Poste or Mondial Relay service depending on the destination country.

Mondial Relay's indicative delivery times are 4 working days for mainland France, 6 working days for other European countries. And 2 days for express home deliveries in France with Colissimo.

These deadlines are given as an indication and are subject to variation, particularly during periods of high demand such as the end-of-year holidays, the summer period, exclusive sales and sales.

We don't do of reimbursement.However, we can do  an exchange or credit if the dress does not suit you. The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the products. Items can be exchanged if and only if they have not been damaged. Return costs are also your responsibility.
