Refund Policy
Your right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
This right applies to all items, including those purchased on promotion, in a sale or at a reduced price.
It also applies to your entire order: if you ordered several dresses, you may return one, several or all of them.
How to return an item
1. Let us know
Inform us of your decision before the end of the 14-day period. You may use the return form enclosed with your parcel, or simply write to us at la.petiterobe.boutique@gmail.com. A clear statement of your wish to withdraw is sufficient.
2. Send the item back
You then have a further 14 days to send us the parcel, together with the completed return form, to the following address:

We recommend keeping your proof of postage and choosing a tracked service: the parcel travels under your responsibility until we receive it.
Condition of returned items
Our dresses are one-of-a-kind or limited-run pieces. To be accepted, they must be returned:
- unworn and unwashed
- with their original tags still attached
- in their original packaging, in good condition
- free from any traces of make-up, perfume or deodorant
You are of course welcome to try the dress on as you would in a shop. However, you may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund, exchange or store credit
When you make your request, you are free to choose between:
- a refund to your original payment method
- an exchange for another size or another model, subject to availability
- a store credit, valid for one year across the whole shop
Your refund is processed within 3 to 6 days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. No handling or restocking fee is withheld.
Faulty or non-conforming item
If the dress you receive is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us at la.petiterobe.boutique@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally with a photograph.
In this case, return costs are at our expense.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
